Am 15.09.2015 wurde KataHaifisch in Form einer Podcastreihe auf dem Portal SoundCloud ins Leben gerufen. Das Ziel war es eine Plattform für DJs und Newcomer zu schaffen. In den vergangenen 5 1/2 Jahren entwickelten sich doch sowohl die Träume, als auch Ziele und Pläne für KataHaifisch weiter. 
Das Team wurde größer und die zu bewältigenden Aufgaben mehr. Neben dem wöchentlichen (ehemals zweiwöchentlichen) Donnerstags Podcast fanden auch dutzende Premieren auf KataHaifisch ihren Platz. KataHaifisch Merchandise Kollektionen wurden konzipiert, produziert und anschließend auf der eigenen Webseite zum Kauf angeboten. Mitte Mai folgt dann auch das erste Release auf KataHaifisch als Record Label. Insgesamt bekommt Ihr 11 Tracks, auf einer Various Artist Compilation zu hören. 

Die Basis bleibt jedoch Hauptaugenmerk von KataHaifisch. Kernstück ist die Hörerschaft auf SoundCloud. Mittlerweile ist diese Community auf 20.000 Mitglieder herangewachsen. Jeder Einzelne von Euch hat uns auf unserem Weg begleitet und unterstützt. Wir möchten jedem Follower, Supporter, Partner oder auch zufälligem Hörer Danke sagen. Ohne Eure Loyalität und stetige Unterstützung wären wir nicht soweit gekommen.

Her music production journey began in September 2018 and since then she has released several EPs and singles on a variety of labels around the world. Her eclectic musical history and passion for melody gives her a unique sound that is simultaneously dark and uplifting. She is also the founder of the melodic label Valkyria Records.

This is a story of struggle, evolution and LOVE,. This is an epic progressive mix of very deep tech house tracks which is intended to take you on a journey, lots of ups and downs, such is life. This was played [in part] at the PDX BM decom party- Burn Out. This first edit is not perfect, and hopefully I will have more time to dial it in. I just wanted to get it out for y'all to enjoy. Lots more in the hopper! 
This was recorded as a live mix, with some post production tweaks. SO much love out to the amazing people in my life who inspire me and keep me full of positive energy and love. HEART ON!!!! Bio

Hailing from Vancouver, Jordan Gill is a DJ and Producer who's created his distinct, dark and heavy progressive sound by producing and mixing only the best tracks in the underground progressive, progressive techno, and melodic techno scene. His live sets have received support incredible from renowned international DJ's across the globe.

2020 is a year Jordan finally exposes his original productions to the world. With releases on ICONYC, Dear Deer Music, Capital Heaven, Cinematique, and Trippy Code, Jordan is climbing the ranks and is sure to be noticed as the year progresses. His tracks have received notable support from the likes of Cristoph, Chus & Ceballos, Austin Pettit, Sean & Dee, Dash Berlin, and Yeadon among others. His 'Break' EP release with Dear Deer broke into the Beatport Top 100 Melodic House & Techno Releases chart hitting #17. Following this release, his 'Control' EP with Capital Heaven hit the Top 10 Beatport Progressive House Releases Chart reaching #7.

Jordan has been featured on notable podcasts around the globe. Electronic Groove's Spotlight Series based out of Miami, a guest mix on Australia's KISS FM, a monthly residency with Data Transmission Radio, a guest mix with 8Day Montreal, and podcast with Change Underground are a few as of late. Jordan's show "Dark Content" showcases the top progressive and melodic techno tracks in the game occuring biweekly on his SoundCloud. These shows along with his live performances are widely known to be filled with high energy, seamless mixing, and impeccable track selection to create long lasting memories for his audience.
