"My name is WINTERWRONG, also known as Summer Wright in my hometown  Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I’m a trained vocalist since the age of 4 and have been writing music since I was 13. I originally began writing pop music until the age of 20, where I discovered club music and production during a solo trip to Europe during Autumn of 2019. This was the start of my DJ/production journey .

I have a passion for movement and emotions, I have always used music to transcend the natural human connection to oneself, body and soul. Whether it’s through words and melodies or just dance music. Emotions are the leading factor. 

My influences can range from The Cure to Sade or Depeche Mode to distinct productions from the early 2000’s. My music taste varies on my mood and mindset, this also influences my style of production and what I decide to play when I’m DJ-ing.

Although 2021 has just begun, many doors have already opened. Through artist collaborations and two EP releases, each of different genres, later this year. My goal for 2021 is to reach new cities and create a safe environment through music for community, acceptance, and creativity.
