My name is Dan Hooks AKA the alienpoet 
creating poems and poetry to music including electronica and dubstep 

We have 2 goals: to make poetry that is not seen visible & to encourage interest in poetry using different media.

Our most recent project started by finding hidden poets, I’m sure you know someone who writes poems, but have you ever heard one of their poems? Some people do not want to share there poetry becouse it is personal, sensitive or they do not like speaking in front of others. But why should these things prevent their art being recognised? We decided to create a platform for these unsung poets to be heard. We recorded a number of poems, keeping the writers anonymous and edited them together. We then gave the edits to artist to create a piece of art in reaction. Once we showed the finished product to the writers almost all of them wanted to be credited, which we see as a big achievement! 

We are now looking for more poets and seeing how else we can give people confidence threw sharing there voice.

I’m SoBelow, a producer and DJ from the UK. I make drum & bass that mixes emotion, atmosphere, and energy—sometimes smooth and hypnotic, sometimes fast and raw. Every track I make is about capturing a feeling and sharing it, whether it’s for the dance floor or your own world.

Poet, artist and creativity guide working in The Dream Forest

I am a UK based artist, photographer and writer. I use rap and spoken word with hip hop as my main medium in music. I also write poetry without using music. I hope this helps others to inspire, creative and express themselves through music, art and writing, particularly those who also suffer with depression and anxiety as I do.
