14.Way to Goa Airport (Emptiness) Ex-tended version - Dj Kary

Happy Holidays to you all, here is a gift of the musical kind. This is a mash up of some songs that have really moved me. Also it is kind of a sound science experiment, its amazing and uncanny how some of these songs go together.

The first combination is my favorite song by Lusine "Twilight" mixed with Kollektiv Turmstrasse's "Schwindelig". Then we move onto the beautiful music of Akara with the song "Gelfling" mixed with Welder's "A Greener Land". There was hardly any editing done to combine these songs, its almost as if they were ment to be combined! 

Next we have Stimming's house masterpiece, "The Kiss" mixed with the intro to Auditory Canvas's "Mystery Trip". Eventually "The Kiss" takes over and we move onto one of my favorite producers Kettel, with the song "Shinusob" coming up under the Stimming's track. 

Prefuse 73 has an album in which he remixes a bunch of songs by the organic electronica group "The Books". Here is "Pagina Cinco" mixed with Eskmo's "Hypercolor" as it appears on the "Ancestor Mix". Soon after the songs converge, we have the timing of "Hypercolor" take over for an intersting effect. And to bring it all home we have Slacker's "Start a New Life" mixed with Eskmo's continuing "Hypercolor".  

I urge you all to check out these artists. They make incredible music. And if you enjoy their tracks, let them know and buy their music.

B1 Jessica is a very special track, the descending organ riff, almost an acid house motif gives it an anthemic quality. The “You and Me” vocal offers just as much hook as it needs to be. 
B2 is a late night sleaze for the well-tuned dancefloor or the perfect track to help the crowd find its footing during the opening hour. The entire seven minutes ooze with polished future-house bass and the tracks being championed by top tier talent worldwide. Disco lasers and vocal snippets douse the track with a modern sheen we’ve heard in works from seasoned house vets, but John Monkman concoct his own chart-topping take on his debut.

A couple of weeks ago, at South by Southwest, he gave a fascinating presentation that I wanted you guys to hear more about. The basic thesis: The Internet has this whole Tesla vs. Edison debate all wrong.

Whether you think Tesla > Edison or Edison > Tesla, Novak says you're missing something important. In reality, technology isn't shaped by one guy who had one great idea and changed the world. Instead, it's a messy process, full of flat-out failures and not-quite-successes, and populated by many great minds who build off of and are inspired by each other's work.

This is about more than just getting history right. Letting go of The Great Man paradigm has implications for everything from copyright law, to how we go about innovation today. When we focus too much on Great Men, Novak says, we lose sight of what innovation actually looks like ... and we impede our ability to build the future.
