Welcome to the Sound Realm!  

Step into a world where sound is more than just a vibration—it's a force, a language, a journey. I am Alina Prox, a seeker of sonic alchemy, weaving frequencies that transcend the ordinary and transport you to places unseen. Music, for me, is not just an art; it's an energy field, a gateway between dimensions, a map to the soul’s most uncharted territories.  

"Awakening Code" is more than just a mix. It is a moment of awakening, a passage of self-acceptance, and a deep inner transformation.  

Born in the heart of Mexico, under the endless sky of Tulum, between the whispering ocean and the ancient jungle, this set emerged as an echo of my own evolution. The salty breeze, the rhythm of the waves, the pulsing heartbeat of the earth—each element became an instrument, a guide, urging me to create something infused with love, revelation, and the raw essence of being an artist, a musician, a storyteller of sound.  

Through its creation, I unearthed something beyond music itself. I realized that sound is not just a collection of notes—it is a code, a frequency capable of rewriting reality, shifting states of mind, and guiding us toward our most profound moments of existence. Music is an ancient spell, a secret formula woven into vibrations, unlocking portals to higher consciousness, healing, and transcendence.  

This set is a ritual, a sonic incantation crafted to align you with the frequencies of transformation. It carries the echoes of Mayan wisdom, the mysticism of the Aztec spirit, and the boundless energy of nature itself.  

Let the music take you deep—into yourself, into the pulse of the Earth, into the magic hidden between the beats. Feel the Mayan rhythm in your bones, embrace the ancient force, and allow the sound to guide you through your metamorphosis.  

Awaking code

Hey there, I’m Alina Prox — a DJ and producer blending AfroHouse, IndieDance, and Progressive AfroHouse into deep, uplifting sets. The last time I was in New York City was eight years ago, and back then, I never even imagined I’d become a DJ. Fast-forward to this year’s Burning Man, where I finally met Alar — after countless near-misses, our paths crossed in the dust of Black Rock Desert, and it sparked a whole new friendship.  

Following an epic road trip, I found myself on a Brooklyn rooftop, inspired by the city’s skyline and that Burning Man spirit. This set captures the energy of the desert, the freedom of the open road, and the electric pulse of NYC.  

What to expect in this mix:  
- Pulsating AfroHouse rhythms fused with IndieDance flair.  
- Progressive beats reflecting the limitless horizon of the desert and the urban buzz of New York.

This year, our burn started with palpable love and gratitude as two beautiful souls united as one while I played the Mayan Warrior. It felt like a dream. It still does. Moments like this can make you question reality. That’s the magic of burning man."  

About Jenner: 
Jenner (AKA – The Dark Princess) started her musical journey in 2002 when she discovered an after hours club in Berlin, Germany with fellow backpackers. It was at this moment that Jenner began her love affair with underground electronic music. From 2002 to 2007, Jenner regularly attended Toronto’s night clubs and after hours that hosted many of today’s biggest DJ’s in the scene but it wasn’t until 2008 that Jenner bought her first set of CDJs and mixer, and began honing her skills as a DJ.
Since then, Jenner has played many Toronto clubs and events, including Coda, Summerdaze/Bespoke Experience, and Promise Cherry Beach. Her upcoming debut on the Mayan Warrior at Burning Man 2018 is slated to top her list of most memorable events, in addition to Camp Summerdaze and Harvest Music Festival.
Jenner is known for her deep infectious ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, hypnotic melodies, and perfectly selected vocals to captivate her audience further. Deeper. Darker. There is an excitement on the dance floor that’s palpable when Jenner gets on the decks. Close your eyes and feel the energy through the music.
