As the sun sets on his physical presence, we embrace the eternal light of his musical genius through an album: "Tribute to Jabaru: A Call For Your Mental Health".
We have wanted to celebrate the 10th October, the World Mental Health Day with for this release: a symphony of love, remembrance, and hope. Together, we shall work for a difference. My tune "For Your Salvation" is part of this massive release on @officialdrumad

"I have also suffered from mental health. During a time of my life I felt lost, couldn't understand why... all the effort to do good, those around me wouldn't give me the recognition.

You can't lose yourself for anyone else and slowly i have gotten a piece of myself back. Don't be afraid to understand how you feel. Don't let yourself get into the dark space of life. Don't be embarrassed to seek help. The only thing we truly have is time. God willing, you use this time to grow. 

You're not weak. You're not alone. You're human. Remove yourself from any negativity. You control you, not your environment. So leave, be you, be better. Be powerful and god bless you all!"

As the sun sets on his physical presence, we embrace the eternal light of his musical genius through an album: "Tribute to Jabaru: A Call For Your Mental Health". 

Jabaru (soundcloud.com/jabarudnb), a true luminary in the world of Bass Music, particularly the revered realm of Drum & Bass, left an indelible mark on the hearts and souls of fans and fellow artists alike. His untimely passing in 2023 left us with a profound sense of loss, but within that darkness, we find solace in the vibrant and luminous sounds he gifted to the world. 

This upcoming album is a gathering of unparalleled talent, uniting various artists and producers from the Bass Music community. A testament to the undying spirit of camaraderie that Afonso (Jabaru) embodied, they have come together to create an auditory tapestry that celebrates the essence of his music and pays homage to his incomparable artistry. 

This idea also carries another profound purpose and objective. In collaboration with the Portuguese IPSS institution "GIRA" (gira.org.pt).
