Electronic music producer from the west of France who mainly makes Drum & Bass. DarKYYComet is attracted by future and experimental breaks but tends to say his music is the link between old, mid and new school, blends underground with mainstream musical genres to give his sound a unique approach. He's been producing for about four years now and listening to D&B since the age of 19 years old, released his first two tracks on Nu Venture Records in 2021 and now very excited to release for 2023-2025 on PZYCCO Recs., Vahana Records, Subplate Recordings, Stoic Music, C Recordings, Riot Records, Interstellar Audio, Influenza Media and Outer Edge Audio. His journey as a DJ began around 1996, and over the years, he has garnered increasing attention for his multifaceted sets. These performances are not just about delivering floor-shaking tunes but also showcasing a smart and diverse selection of musical gems. His influences are broad, spanning from Hip Hop and Reggae, Jazz, Pop to a wide range of Electronica, Techno and House. His venture into music production has seen him diving deep into the vast universe of synthesizing, building a eurorack/analog-setup along the way. His dedication and strong work ethic have led to remarkable results. GIANT22's tech-infused Jungle Drum & Bass, along with his explorations in Electronica and Techno, are set to make waves. Besides releases on T3K Recordings Mario (GIANT22) started his own imprint EPO22 Music Tales which showcases some of his works but also releases from the ones like Dunk, Tweakz and Evolved. As a DJ, producer, and label entrepreneur, GIANT22 embraces the challenge of creating a unique vibe, crafting a flawlessly fresh take on Drum & Bass, Electronica and electronic Beats in general.

I started DJing in the mid 80s playing Electro and Rap at B Boy - Break-dance / Hip Hop events and then discovered early Chicago House,  which progressed through all the different genres that have been created since , and still to this day still plays a massive mixture of Electronica and Hop Hop. Over the years has played alongside some of the greatest DJs in the world from Carl Cox to Afrika Bambaataa. And over the years has had many residencies at various House and D&B night around the country a long time resident for DJ Ease from Nightmares on Wax.
