and who does and does not have access.

Who has the energy gets to pick 
is that or not a law of physics?

Who has the energy for us bequeath 
what children eat, drink, and breathe.

Who has the energy gets to state 
yes or no to a people-friendly climate.

Who has the energy makes the statement, 
whether there's democracy in government.

Who has the energy are whom we adore 
and we make this country of, by, and for.

Who has the energy on this sunny day?
