Kelsee Haskin is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Her major concentration is in drawing, with a secondary concentration in printmaking, more specifically the style of Moku Hanga.
 
The first thing people will notice about her art is the aggression it conveys. 

She wishes to investigate the intangible by expressing her own dream interpretations. The concepts of habit and behavior separate from emotion, and the psychology of “self” are common motifs in her work. 

Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Kelsee drove to Fairbanks when she was 17 in 2012.
She has lived in Indonesia, where she studied yoga {art of the body}
She received her 200-hour CYT from Yandara Yoga Institute in Bali, and 200-hour RYT through the internationally renowned Yoga Alliance in July of 2015. 
She has lived on the Big Island of Hawaii, in two hostels off Hilo Bay, and a 1970s school bus covered in lilikoi vines on a papaya farm off the Kalapana coast. She attended the University of Hilo in 2016, where she studied printmaking for the first time, using kinetic art as her subject, and while doing so became introduced to Moku Hanga. 
Kelsee returned to Alaska and ventured to Homer, Alaska in 2017. She went full circle back to Fairbanks in the summer of 2018 when UA couldn’t fulfill Art Program requirements at Kachemak Bay campus. 
She graduated from UAF in December 2020.

She currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her Dogo Argentino, Girr, as she looks for further freelancing opportunities as well as her apparel start-up, “Coconut Candi Bikinis.”
