Alle'sTones is the "Next Generation" Brass Band from Benin. Leveraging what their elders have done, Alle'sTones, as a group of young musicians, offers a new musical journey based on tradition towards Jazz territories. Benin has a wealth and diversity of wonderful traditional music. This provides an inexhaustible source of inspiration and a cultural treasure little or not used so far.

Founded in 2003 by Auguste Aidasso (aka Assi-Ki), multi-instrumentist and composer, the band evolved step by step to create a musical style of its own, at the crossroads of Beninese rhythms and Jazz music, mixing cultures and sounds. Thus, Benin percussions (tam-tam, gong, gourd ...) meet the modern wind instruments (trumpet, trombone, flugelhorn, tuba).

The themes of the songs cover topics from African contemporary society to feelings of our times: the children rights, love, solidarity, hope ... but also starvation.

Their 1st album was recorded in March 2010 in Cotonou and contains 13 original tracks (3 instrumentals and 10 songs).
["alle" means "bird" in the fon language.]
