Donna Jay Fulks studied acting at NYU, Columbia College Chicago, Second City, iO and UCB.  She is an accomplished voice actor who has worked in all facets of the industry. Notably, Donna Jay was the exclusive voice of JcPenney for nearly a decade. From 2013-2019 she was the voice of The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) and served as Ms. Winfrey’s live announcer during her tour in 2014.  Since relocating to Los Angeles, Donna has voiced characters in the films “Sonic The Hedgehog” and “Charlie’s Angels”, HBO Max’s “Doom Patrol”,  upcoming Netflix series “Sharkdog” and "Bee and Puppycat", as well as VH-1’s “Trailblazers Honors” and ABC’s “Card Sharks.” She has translated her commercial experience to VO parodies for Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Ellen Show.
In 2008, Fulks appeared in David Cromer’s acclaimed Chicago production of “Our Town.” She joined its Off-Broadway cast, and traveled to California for its run at The Broad Stage in Santa Monica with Helen Hunt.
