After relocating to Portland, frontman Travis battled depression, an autoimmune disease, and the weight of leaving a place that never felt like home. His partner Sam, determined to see him rise above it, pushed him to start fresh and joined him on bass. Together, they forged a sound that’s raw, relatable, and unapologetically honest. It’s Alternative Punk Rock that rips through trauma, spits on toxic love, and moves through life’s fire. all in ur head isn’t here to make you feel better. They’re here to make you feel.
