This project is made up of a dreamteam of musicians from different musical backgrounds (Scottish Folk music, Jazz, Funk, Classical and Electronica) all in the forefront of their careers.

COLD COMFORT is Rob Walsh on guitar and lead vocals, Colm Hassett on percussion, drums, Joey McGowan on bass, Mick Whelan on keys and Eoin “Mossy” Morrisey on lead guitar.
BIOGRAPHY 
Cold Comfort are here to take us on a journey. Tales of misspent adventure, lost friends & honest poetic observations on the way we live. The band have cultivated a dedicated cult following and their music has been described as “a cocktail of blues, rock & roll and country’. Their influences range from Neil Young and The Velvet Underground to Rory Gallagher, but they go beyond these influences to create an eclectic soundscape. 
They have been working on their Debut Album "Tainted Winds" since November 2012 and its set for release in September 2014.
Keep your ears to the ground.
