La Danse #2 is the second digital compilation of a series from international talented producers we support and love.
Following our heart and taste for mixed influences and creed, La Danse is a tribute to the dance floor mixing together organic works in order to bring new energy in clubs. We hope this second volume will bring back our dance floors to life. From la Danza de los Voladores during Mesoamerican rituals to the Maenads in Greek mythology, dancing is part of social life from the outset, and will always be.
Because dancing frees body and mind - because club culture is essential - this compilation series preaches for an uninhibited and uncontrolled dance. There is only one motto « dance or get lost!

For the fifteenth installment of our Movements series we are delighted to have Melbourne based producer Joe Miller step up to the tables. With releases on All Day I Dream, Dream Culture, L’enfant Terrible, Traum, and Manual Music, Miller has cultivated an ethereal and meditative sound that irrespective of mood upon entry, basks the listener in an angelic symphony which quickly departs terra firma to soar amongst the cirrus clouds. One need only look as far as Miller’s A side ‘A Sudden Taste of Redemption’ on his latest release with Dream Culture to wander in the contemplative wonderland of his imagination.

Aside from his talents in production, the set Miller has delivered is nothing short of stunning. Oft being adept in production does not necessarily translate to talent in the mix, but for Miller this could not be farther from the case. Here he has crafted a delicate and mesmerizing voyage, that sets off from Mazzy Star’s bonfire appropriate folk ballad ‘Into Dust' serenely lifting you up and up and away.
