I recommend to listen on headphones while lying down comfortably on your back for biggest impact. Make sure to drink lots of water afterwards. 

This Sound Healing Journey was recorded with loving intentions during the Winter Solstice Dec 21st 2022 to offer a tool for aligning, balancing and harmonizing our energy centers in order to be able to integrate and apply incoming high frequencies better. The more resonant and harmonically aligned we become the better those energies can serve us on our journey. 

This journey is a sonic alchemy between ancient and modern sound healing technologies.

It contains recordings of classical sound healing instruments like Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and a Shamanic Drum as well as cutting edge frequency modulation synthesis and binaural brainwave entrainment to allow for deep relaxation, realignment and healing.

This sonic attunement uses a 528 Hz frequency pulsed as an isochronic tone of 4,5 Hz - also refered to as a state of shamanic consciousness.

The “Theta state vibrates between 4 – 7,5Hz and is associated with deep meditation, intuitive receptivity, healing and relaxation as well as enhanced creative abilities and profound insights.

The Shamanic Drum supports to ground and connect with the earth and it can help to move stagnant energy.

7 crystal bowls attuned to the resonance frequencies of the main energy centers of the body (“chakras”) and tuned to the cosmic tuning of 432 Hz are played one after the other to activate and balance the energy flow in those centers. This can allow stagnant energy to flow and remove energy blockages.

Each Chakra is being atoned for 6 min with the according Singing Bowls and drones and pads that have been created by sound design of the original bowl recordings, so all sounds have an organic origin.

All the sounds and frequencies are modulated in divine numbers and proportions like the golden mean ratio and digits of 3,6,9.

Magic Vibes @ Eagle's Nest lake Atitlan  Guatemala NYE 2023

The legend of South America's music is one of vibrant rhythms, passionate melodies, and diverse cultural influences. It's is a celebration of life. The music is also shaped by its indigenous roots, with traditional instruments like the charango, quena, and bombo adding unique textures to it. 
It is said that the music originated from the indigenous people of the Andes, who used it as a way to express their culture and traditions. The legend goes that the music was inspired by the natural sounds of the Andean landscape, including the wind, the rain, and the flowing rivers.

One of the most famous Andean instruments is the pan flute, which is said to have been created by the god Wiracocha. According to legend, Wiracocha made the first pan flute out of the bones of his dead children, and the music that came from it was so beautiful that it could bring the dead back to life.

Today, Andean music is still celebrated and enjoyed throughout South America and beyond. Its haunting melodies and intricate rhythms continue to captivate listeners and serve as a reminder of the rich cultural heritage of the Andean people. Especially because the music continues to thrive, with new generations of artists blending traditional sounds with modern influences to create exciting new styles. Landing back in Germany, my heart and spirit are asking directly again for South and Central America. So I felt I have to share the beautiful vibe of the music which inspired me a lot while traveling through so many countries. It's a beautiful downtempo journey which I hope will sweeten up your upcoming summer! I couldn't have imagined a more dreamy European Apukuna debut than this night here! A few hundred beautiful beings welcomed in the evening and became a part of my dream. The night offered some valuable wisdom on just how DEEP a dancefloor can go when the people who show up are holding the space with abounding hearts, clear intentions, and immense impeccability. For more than half of the two-hour set, the radical love dancers held their attention and focus into the center of the dancefloor. Everyone became a facilitator. This was Radical Love at its finest. This 3 hour journey was recorded in the sweet morning hours of the Ambyss Stage, in the middle of the vortex portal that was and is OZORA Festival:  

Lovingly named a "Psychedelic Tribal Gathering", this visionary festival really cracked my artist-heart & elder-raver-spirit open...I had multiple moments of releasing tears from the beauty around me:  from the exquisite electronic music, to the visionary art surrounding me, to all of the diverse open-hearted humans swimming in my field:  reminding me of the spiritual roots of house-music and rave-culture that shaped me in the late 90's, and continues to shape me...such a blessing to receive this medicine.

To be able to weave my musical contribution into this rich-tapestry was an honor, and enlivened my artistic spirit (who does not enjoy formulas or being put into boxes)...I loved being in an open space of infinite possibilities, and I bow to the open minds & souls that received these frequencies:  journeying between Ambient, Medicine Music & no tracks above 90 bpm, creating a sweet-womb-cocoon for the morning.
