@SteffenKirchhoff is German, but his music is very Latin American. It’s a downtempo sound with organic and spiritual elements. His compositions highlight shamanic drums, sacred songs, and sounds salvaged from nature. For more than a year, Steffen has remained quiet, only to be reborn in 2016 with greater depth in his live DJ set.

Steffan explores freedom and personal challenges from his nomadic lifestyle. He confides in his musical quest and in his intuition which have both led him to travel, meet, and share with many artists. Currently he works alongside shamans and guides who help support him through different therapeutic workshops and healing rituals.

Steffen kirchhoff es alemán pero su música lo hace latinoamericano. Un sonido downtempo con elementos orgánicos y espirituales. En sus composiciones resaltan tambores chamánicos, cantos sagrados y sonidos rescatados de la naturaleza. Durante más de un año se mantuvo en silencio, para renacer este 2016 con un nuevo nivel de profundidad tanto en su formato Dj-Set como Live.

Steffen explora la libertad y los desafíos propios del estilo de vida nómade, aferrándose a su búsqueda sonora y su intuición, lo que lo ha llevado a viajar, conocer y compartir con diferentes artistas. Actualmente trabaja en conjunto con chamanes y sanadores, apoyándolos con su sonido en diferentes talleres curativos y rituales de sanación.

This spring was marked by the ceremonial spirit. Sacred plants and molecules are creating a new approach to reality. More and more the songs, dictated gently by the medicines, are heard by humanity, and transmitted through multiple channels. This set is made up of producers who have emphasized different sacred and traditional songs of multiple tribes: Kashinawa, Hune Kui, Saeki, Orixas, Kanaka Maoli, Uyghur, Bulgars and Sioux, among others. The objective never ceases to be dancing, but rising towards an intention, liberating consciousness, inviting perfection.

Al Saha - A Journey to Middle East - BenLifeChanger

Considered one of the pioneers of electronic organic music, Intiche‘s journey, he claims, started even before travelling from Argentina to Berlin for the first time in 1999. Indeed, the celebrated DJ and producer proclaims his “passion for music began some past lives before this one”. Nevertheless, it’s in the last twenty years of this life that the downtempo DJ has made considerable impact.

From an acoustic starting point, Intiche’s compositions find inspiration in Pachamama (“Mother Earth”) and earthy frequencies. Using traditional instruments, native to Latin America, Intiche’s trance-like productions deftly traverse history, weaving links between ancient indigenous cultures and modern club culture. Intiche’s music intends to “touch the soul” as much as make people dance and, accordingly, you’re just as likely to find him playing at Berlin’s Berghain or Beate Uwe as at ceremonies, yoga festivals, healing gatherings and “Ecstatic Dances” around the world.
