Space is an illusion and although for purposes of clarifying it can be discussed as though it exists, it has no reality. Space as a concept is used to demonstrate relationships. Because all are a part of Me and I am All that Is, relationship, like space, has no reality. There is only the One Life in its multitude of expressions.

Alchemy of the One - Qi Vesta: An Audio Taster

Self-Love as the Foundation of All Relationships

A commentary from Almine:
Music effects different areas of the body, depending on resonance and rhythm. Much of the music of our youth stimulates the root chakra. Some music influences the heart and marching music increases the activity of the throat chakra - hence it is used in wars to encourage the advance of soldiers.

The yoga of 'Aranash Suba' is designed to release the stress accumulated in between cycles of life, death and ascension, lodged in the psoas muscle. Large compositions filled with deep emotion, such as that found in operatic and symphonic music, facilitate the release of pent-up trauma in the abdomen. When something inspires a deep release of trauma, it is called 'gut-wrenching' - for which is an appropriate term - for the effects of such music.

The music usually expected during yoga sessions only effect the pineal and the pituitary glands and fail to accomplish any purpose beyond facilitating a temporary expansion and sense peace.
