Vigen Bokhyan, known by his stage name Dairo, is a talented music producer and DJ who made his debut in the industry in September 2021. Despite his relatively brief time in the spotlight, he quickly rose to prominence in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia, establishing himself as one of the pioneers of the Armenian music scene.

Beginning his journey with a foundation in DownTempo, Deep House, and Organic House, Dairo has since found resonance in Afro House and Melodic House styles. His transition into production began in 2022, marking a significant milestone in his career. During his sets, Dairo showcases his versatility by seamlessly integrating different genres of music, creating a harmonious and captivating experience for listeners. His ability to connect various genres together in a cohesive and beautiful manner is a testament to his skill as a DJ and producer.
In the summer of 2023, Dairo experienced a significant validation of his career trajectory. Despite being a DJ for only two years and a producer for just one, Dairo received a prestigious invitation to perform both a warm-up and closing set for Black Coffee, alongside Floyd Lavine. This opportunity marked a pivotal moment in Dairo's journey, signaling recognition from established artists and industry figures.

Following his performance alongside Black Coffee and Floyd Lavine, Dairo quickly became the most awaited and sought-after artist in Armenia. His talent and skill as a DJ and producer were now widely recognized, solidifying his position as a prominent figure in the Armenian music scene.

After playing at and organizing events with various communities and music labels in Armenia, Dairo, along with a friend, established a unique music community called Alterego. With their very first event, Alterego quickly became one of the top community and show organizers in Armenia. The overwhelming response from the first event led Alterego to host two more events in Armenia, with a total attendance of 6000 people. These events featured performances by renowned artists such as Xinobi, Roy Rosenfeld, Dj Chus, Parra For Cuva and Djeff.

Alterego's success is attributed to its ability to curate unforgettable experiences for its audience, showcasing talented artists and creating vibrant atmospheres. As they move forward into 2023, Alterego is committed to continuing to provide memorable moments and exceptional entertainment to music enthusiasts in Armenia and beyond.

As Dairo continues to evolve and refine his musical style, his incorporation of diverse influences and innovative approach to genre fusion are sure to cement his place as a prominent figure in the music industry, both in Armenia and beyond.

In August 2024 Dairo released his second single track “La Noche” on “Sunset Gathering”. The track already being supported by many djs such as Aaron Sevillia, Alex Twin and Mëstiza. After 3 days of release the track was in 10th place in Beatport Hype Afro House chart.
