A trip down to Rosarito did not go according to plan. From leaving my phone in a taxi, to discovering my bank account is frozen, getting arrested in the hotel lobby over a little taxi misunderstanding, spending the night in jail, paying the cop forty dollars to let us sneak out the back door, hitchhiking back to the boarder while insanely hungover...
