~’Sky of Awareness' is a song-poem I wrote about 8 or 9 years ago that was inspired by a guided meditation which Jack Kornfield led at one of Ram Dass's Maui meditation retreats.  
     It's mostly about how we can find peace of mind by going within, following the breath with a soft focus on the vast sky of awareness that is consciousness, and letting negativity flow until it dissipates. Trust in the Universe, find your own sense of faith and joy from the good things in life... Sub Ek: All is One.  

I hope those who listen to this can find their own sense of inspiration from the poem and please feel free to leave any comments or questions if you would like to hear more soon.
