Independent podcast inspired by electronic house music on the themes Afroturism, Afro-House, Afro-Techno, Gqom, 3step, Amapiano, Sghubu, Deep house, South Africa Electronic House Music, Kwaito, Latino house, Afro-Beats, Kuduro, Underground House..& Classic Afro house US.

These sound unites our mother earth Gaia and these ancestral deities of the African continent, some of whom say of a direct descendant of the Anunnaki, the ancient Sumerian deities. According to some legends, the Anunnaki traveled from Mesopotamia to Africa, bringing with them their knowledge and traditions. These traditions would include practices and symbols, inherited from their celestial ancestors thus perpetuating a mystical heritage, merging Sumerian myth with local customs, offering a fascinating perspective on the origin of certain African beliefs and traditions. Although these theories are not supported by historical and scientific evidence, they fuel the collective imagination and arouse curiosity about the mysteries of humanity and its origins. The Annunaki are considered to be those beings who are at the origin of the human race thanks to their knowledge of genetics...

All this is just musical fiction pretexting a theme to ufology and the mystery of our ancestors  to the world and continent of our origins.

Occupation: DJ / Producer / Remixers / Engineers 

The talented duo comprises of Xolani Dlamini and Vusi Chirwa who hail from the lively township, Soweto. From a young age, these two talented individuals knew they had music in their blood, discovering their producing skills while playing around with their computer in one of their friend’s bedrooms, where locals would come and perform with live instruments and percussion and their enthusiasm for house music grew from there.

The duo has played at well-known clubs and events as well as shared the DJ booth with likes of Louie & Anane Vega who ended up signing them as their artists, Zepherin Saint (Tribe Records they release a smashing hit which became track of The WMC 2012), Vikter Duplaix; Glen Lewis..........the list goes on. 
In 2009 Alpha & Olmega decided to bring their talents to the world, armed with nothing more than a hard drive filled with beats and heart full of dreams, they immersed themselves in the city’s club culture.

The boys grew up playing music. “Our main thing is percussion—drums, congas. We also play keyboards, bass, stuff like that. When we were young we’d play in different bands, way before Djing came along.

“We started doing it on the computer, just messing around, then we got a CD set, and then we started playing vinyl” 

Alpha & Olmega kicked off a new chapter 2010, when Louie Vega released Mad Styles & Crazy Visions 2 - A Journey Into Electronic, Soulful, Afro & Latino Rhythms Compiled And Mixed by Louie Vega,” a powerhouse of a compilation that won them a whole new world of acclaim their remix of Paul Deep - Alafia feat. Sheyi (Alpha & Olmega’s Ethnic Vocal Mix) won the boys fans far beyond the boundaries of the soulful house scene, making its way into the sets of many soulful deep house, techno and minimal DJ as well.

That relationship did not end there; they got invited to perform @ all The Nulu Events in NYC & Miami for the Winter Music Conference, they then remixed Dj Zinhle – My Name Is that stamped they mark on the international Music Scene, they soon got offers to Remix and Release with all the major house music record labels.

 As with Djing, the boys learned production on their own, with the help of Sakhile Mbatha (Devoted Child) and Sphiwe Zulu (Dj Ryno Bar) who helped them with the Djing basics.
What sets Alpha & Olmega apart is their sense of flow. Watch them behind the decks: they don’t stop moving. Lean, lanky, all wrists and elbows and ear-to-ear grins, these kids look like they were born to move. They’re practically climbing over each other as records flow together, one brother cueing up a track, the other EQing, the headphones passed back and forth, forearms intertwined and heads bobbing in unison. It’s amazing to watch. It’s even more amazing to hear

Their ever-growing roster has enabled them to continue sharing their spirited entertainment globally.  For 6 years now, Alpha & Olmega has been releasing and remixing for the hottest labels in the house scene.

 THEIR ALBUM REACHED NO16 ON THE TRAXSOURCE TOP 200 ARTIST ALBUMS OF 2013 

With that said that debut album out sold most of the house hold names in the music scene and that proved that Alpha & Olmega along with Nulu Music NYC (Nothing Ultimate Leaves Us) a label owned by Anane Vega and Antonello Cogher, they helped groom the raw talent that this duo possess and took it to another level.

Now the duo has dropped an album that promised to be exciting and well produced to suite all lovers of music, and it did just that by reaching no 6 spot on traxsource Top 100 Albums Downloads
