Blackliters Radio #036 "ADRENALINE RUSH" [Psychedelic Trance Radio]

Random Records presents their label DJ GO delivering a DJ set of tracks from his first compilation "Still Alive". This compilation focuses on night sounds that merge the genres of Suomisaundi and Forest Psytrance. Each track has been selected for its groovy bass lines, twisted melodies and common elements that stay true to said sub-genres, taking the audience deeper, spinning through dimensions. GO is a DJ/Producer from the tropical island of southern Japan, Okinawa, and a label DJ of Random Records but it was in Goa where he began his career back in 2005. Upon returning to Japan, he remained active in the local scene whilst expanding to many underground psychedelic parties around the world. Establishing his own DJ style by mixing various genres such as Suomisaundi, Forest and Dark Psy together, he has reached his own way of expressing positive and dark vibes throughout his mixes.

Janux rises from the original Goa scene from the early 1980's, where he was part of the early roots of the Psytrance scene. He finally started DJing in 1998, and is signed with Looney Moon Records since 2014. (and previously with Third Eye Records & Mechanik Records)

Janux ::the name comes from 'Janus', a mythical Roman god who has two faces: one dark, one light - one looking into the past, one looking into the future.

Janux is a night & twilight specialist, and a powerful Dj who can read any situation and play the perfect vibe for that space & time. Janux's style ranges from high energy trippy night music, to magical twilight, to strong & psychedelic morning sounds. His high energy performances packed full with killer mixing, sorcery, and dance power, transform the party into a powerful entity.

His roots in music started in the mid 80's in Goa where he was a kid experiencing the early roots of the trance scene, and being in Goa every season for most of his life, and has also lived in Denmark, USA, London, Amsterdam, Bombay, and Goa. He has been DJing since 1998, and has played at parties and festivals all over the world including BOOM FESTIVAL 2016, OZORA 2014, 2015, 2017, MODEM 2016, ANTARIS 2015 & 2016, HADRA 2014, UNIVERSAL RELIGION 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, TREE OF LIFE, HILLTOP FESTIVAL 2014, 2015, JUNGLE CALLING FESTIVAL @ Origens. 
His Dj journey has put him behind the decks in NYC (where he started the Dj collective & party org. called “Sound Species”), Portugal, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Italy, Germany, Hungary, France, Oslo, Turkey, Croatia, Nepal, Thailand, Goa, and many other places in India (Bombay, Bangalore, Delhi, Calcutta, Madras, Pune, Nasik)

Janux hosted all the big psytrance parties that happen in Bombay, where he was the head of music programming at the legendary Blue Frog, the only club in India that did regular Psy nights with domestic & international artists. (and also various other electronic genres, and live bands across multiple genres as well)

Janux has also opened Goa’s first professional music production & recording studio.
