Fairplay, Alessandro Adriani, Chino, Chupacabras, Leroy Se Meurt, Univac and Adrian Marth. The A-side sounds like a late-80s industrial EBM cut but with a strictly new future concept inside of each track, while the b-side goes more Electro eighties weird sounds strong with metallic beats perfect for the adventurous working DJ. Everything with that futuristic touch that surrounds us today in the electronic music scene.

"Affekt Unit is the new collaboration between Philoxenia Records founders Luigi Di Venere and Neu Verboten.Under this moniker they blend their musical obsessions, rooted in Italo house, Frankfurt EBM-house and trance.

We’re delighted to host this exciting and electrifying hybrid sound on their debut EP ‘Dust Off’ !

Diving deep into the excellent EBM sous acid vs downtempo trance trip offered by ‘The Struggle’ and ‘Dust Off’, it’s clear that both are in total control of their subject.

And it goes on with the more speedy-techno meets celestial trance ‘My Spirit’, a nod to Transcultural Shamanism "which is the true core of what raves, festivals and clubs are : moments of detachment from reality as well as places of sharing across cultures", as Luigi explains.

'Loon In Moon' is the super trippy and catchy tune of the EP, where once again Luigi's voice can be heard, whispering’ My Thumb instead of an onion’, words taken from a poem by the late American poet & novelist Sylvia Plath.

Throughout the whole experience offered by Affekt Unit, we dig into their common influences, and take pleasure in finding lots of clever ideas & elements added into the mix. The true force of these 4 tracks is that they never derail from the main goal, keeping an infectious groove going on and on and on."

Atom™'s new EP »Nacht« includes four tracks, two of which are previously unreleased titles from the »Neuer Mensch« album: »Nacht« and »Geometrische Einheit.« The other two tracks, »Sprechender Raum« and »Selbst,« also appear on the »Neuer Mensch« album but are presented here in alternate versions.
This selection of tracks was created with the growing meta-techno dancefloor in mind and will be available on 12 inch vinyl or digitally through the raster platform.
