Dan Ghenacia returns alongside his closest allies Dyed Soundorom and Shonky to launch their new imprint - Apollonia    
 
Sharing the same musical roots, tastes and creative vision, Apollonia was a natural, if not inevitable progression for Dan Ghenacia, Dyed Soundorom and Shonky. The label will serve as a platform for the trio's productions, representing new beginnings based on a solid family that have already done much to shape the underground house scene, in Paris and beyond. "We'll mainly focus on releasing our own music, but of course we are also really open-minded to sign any producers we all enjoy," says Dyed..

Mateusz Kazula and Konrad Ślazyk hail from the banks of the River Odra in Poland. They came together in 2010 through a shared passion for electronic music to form Viadrina (meaning “by the river Odra”). The fresh-faced pair made a crushing impact in early 2011 with their debut release 'Better EP' on Pets Recordings, and also scored a massive remix from Frankfurt heavyweights Arto Mwambe.
 
Their impressive follow up, 'Shining', on Marcin Czubala's label Your Mama's Friend saw Coat of Arms and Jozif on remix duties, and firmly established Viadrina in the electronic music scene.

Having already released their new original track ‘Lullaby’ on Klasse Recordings, the latter half of the year looks exciting as ever for these young pups, with EPs ready to go on Your Mamas Friend, Lower East and not to mention a track on a BPitch Control Compilation and remix for We Love.

Very versatile in style, Viadrina like to describe themselves being open for all kinds of music… The deep, warm and sexy, as well as euphoric and pumping.  

With such an impressive start to their production & DJ careers, Viadrina are highly considered to be the hottest new act coming out of Poland.

Jeff McIlwain has been producing his diverse, melodic strain of abstract electronic music as Lusine for a decade-and-a-half. Originally a Texas native, McIlwain moved to the West Coast in the late '90s to study electronic music and sound design at CalArts. It was during this time in L.A. that he would meet Shad T. Scott, who subsequently put out Lusine's self-titled debut on his Isophlux imprint. McIlwain relocated to his current home of Seattle in late 2002 and began steadily releasing his music on Ghostly International. He has also contributed tracks to various compilations and remix releases from Mute, !K7, Kompakt, Asthmatic Kitty, and Shitkatapult.

As Lusine, McIlwain has performed throughout the US and abroad, including sets at London's esteemed Fabric nightclub, Tokyo's Unit, Berlin's Watergate, and Melbourne's Electric Owl. Recent tour dates include appearances with electronic luminaries like Tipper and Blockhead, as well as playing at 2016's Further Future festival with a live drummer (Trent Moorman).

In addition to his Lusine productions, McIlwain has been involved with various film projects that include The Sitter (Jonah Hill, 2011) and two other David Gordon Green movies, Snow Angels (featuring Kate Beckinsale and Sam Rockwell, 2007) and Joe (Nicolas Cage, Tye Sheridan, 2013) with music writing partner David Wingo. McIlwain is also currently collaborating with Wingo on the film score for Meredith Danluck's upcoming State Like Sleep. Following Lusine's acclaimed The Waiting Room from 2013 and 2014's Arterial EP (which was accompanied by a groundbreaking video from Christophe Thockler), comes the new full-length, Sensorimotor, released in March of 2017 on Ghostly International.
