At this time, we have an exotic ep by Zaratustra a DJ/Producer based in Paris, evolving in the indie dance and dark disco genres. Lately, with his latest "White Magic" EP on Ulla Records and releases to come on the Parisian label Skylax Records, he has been blending rock instruments with electronic rhythms, focusing on 80s-like vocals. As a DJ, he likes to take the audience on a dark and mysterious journey.
We've got an amazing remix by Austher whose sound is Influenced by Disco/Funk classics and Electronic music since he stands on his two feet, Austher blends bright cosmic melodies on dark and powerful basslines with his naive vision of the world. His music is inspired by the 80's aesthetic but with a dark and dystopian point of view.

"I am a total 80’s kid, and I remember when the song came out, and I heard it on the radio. My uncle grabbed me and spun me around to the sound, and from then on, this song stuck with me until now. Whenever I hear the original track, I sing along and spin myself around for the fun of it. I love the happy vibe to it and the very positive driving power of it. With the re-edit, I wanted to keep the original vibe and the key elements to make it still very clearly recognizable over the time of the track, revealing the main vocals rather late, teasing the listener and sending him on a mind journey.” The track was produced with the support of Julian Laping aka https://soundcloud.com/toneaffair

Moving from Singapore to Berlin in 2014, Stahler discovered the decks in an escalated night of synth spaceships and black matter gravity forces. Shortly after, he began playing DJ sets at intimate events & house parties before he started to make hoofers hover at bigger parties and events, ranging from art exhibitions to clubs and festival stages. His melodic indie dance sets are appreciated for their danceable yet wobbly and deep sounds infused with tasteful influences from the lively 80s, banging Italo Disco and solid dark disco tunes, covering wide electronic frequency terrains.

For our next release we have two supercharged tracks by the Italian duo Dog.ma and also two equally charged remixes by Louis de Tomaso and Brandski. 

What do you get when you have four supercharged tracks within an electromagnetic field? You get electromagnetism. Or in this case, you get “Elettromagnetismo” since our tracks are fully charged with italo disco, every single one of them!

As in true 80s fashion, both Elettromagnetismo and Darpah are charged with driving basslines, catchy one-finger melodies and vocal sounding synthesizers. Darpah tends to feel a little more melodic with its beautiful chord progression while Elettromagnetismo is very energetic and straight forward. 

Louis de Tomaso’s remix gives Elettromagnetismo even more of an electric feel. True to the original but with his own style, it’s safe to say that Louis’s remix is supercharged. 

If the original tracks were made in true 80s fashion, then Brandski’s remix is not just made in true 80s fashion, it’s the definition of it. With a classic rolling italo bassline, Brandski’s remix gives Darpah even more of an authentic 80’s feeling than the original.
