This particular track was originally written in 2006 and was one of the tracks to first get the attention of the Tidy Boys to both Sam & Jon (Sam later becoming Head Of Music for tidy and Jon becoming producer for the label!) 
"Nasty Bastard" was originally scheduled to be the B side for "Scream For Daddy" (Sam & Jon's first release on tidy) but due to sample clearance and a change in the release schedule it unfortunately never saw the light of day.
