"Kālī is the Goddess of Time and Change. Although sometimes presented as dark and violent, she is a destructive and creative mother. Her earliest incarnation as a figure of annihilator of evil forces still has some influence."

Creating music, singing and dancing is what moves Kāli the most. When she was younger, she helped launch a punk rock band called Pipeline with some classmates, but soon discovered being in a band was not her passion and she decided to do music on her own.

Being a fan of the work of Alan Wilder (former member of the band Depeche Mode) and Techno music, she wanted to try her hand at DJing as well as Producing. She creates deep,sensual and dark sounds mixed with a touch of her Tamil culture like in the song "Night Wire".

Kali has done remixes and covers of songs such as "Cola" by Lana Del Rey which she did with her friend Laury Swan, a singer, and "Galang" by M.I.A.

Pop ist zu weichgespült, Bumm Bumm macht jeder.
Deutschsprachiger Hip Hop heißt Hafti oder Cro – auf die Fresse oder Pop eben.
Und dazwischen? Mittenmang? Zu breit gefächert für linken Polit-Rap, zu inhaltlich für reines
Party-Uffda, zu eingängig die Melodien, um sich dem Bedürfnis zu tanzen und mitzusingen
entziehen zu können!
Wir benennen Probleme und besingen Gefühle, malen Träume und Wünsche musikalisch genau
so, wie sie jeder sie von sich kennt: manchmal erschreckend nah und direkt, dann wieder
verschwommen und schwer greifbar.
In beklemmenden Räumen und dunstigen Höhlen kauern die Menschen alltäglich eng angekettet
gedanken- und ziellos. In luftiger Höhe sehen wir sie endlich frei und nur sie selbst sein.
Zwei rappen und singen. Einer macht Beats.
Elektronisch, auf deutsch, über Ist, Soll und Unvorstellbares.

Everyone does doof-doof and unts-unts. Hip Hop sounds either like Akon or „Bitch I‘m gonna
shoot you“ – in ya face or otherwise simply Pop. And inbetween? Too broad for left-winged
political rap, too much content for straight party music, melodies too catchy to resist dancing
or wanting to sing along!
We speak out problems, sing out feelings, draw dreams and wishes through music just like
everyone knows it all too well: sometimes terrifyingly close and straightforward, but then
also blurry and difficult to grasp. Daily people crouch in nightmarish rooms and misty caves,
chained up and cramped, thoughtless and aimless. At an airy height they’re finally free and
just themselves.

D.R.A.G. is an industrial electro-rock band from Chile, South America. 

Its sound comes from the mix of electronic elements, processed guitars, melodies and lyrics that are based on dark nuances of lived experiences and perverse ideas wrapped in songs.

Their first EP is titled "Decadence", which contains 5 topics that speak mainly of resilience and religious denial.

With a dark and suggestive staging, it invites the viewer to immerse themselves in a ritual experience marked by a powerful beat, melodies and layers of sounds that will not leave anyone indifferent.
