This concept album is based on good natural foods found in Central America and the Caribbean islands (fruits, vegetables etc etc) which are crucial for health in the same way that good mental foods (thoughts) are vital for your peace of mind. With VHS being of Mexican descent and Raz Fresco being of Jamaican descent, this album strives to show the connection between both cultures. Dont think of this as just an album, this is a serving of "Buena Comida" (which translates to Good Food)
