Gaff Records' debut compilation celebrates the essence and heart of why this label exists. Founder JuliosMap began his journey into the psytrance scene in 2016 by organizing the Psychedelic Gaff parties. As a tribute to those unforgettable nights, the compilation is titled '𝘗𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘎𝘢𝘧𝘧'.

In Irish slang, "gaff" refers to a house or a place where people gather, embodying the spirit of community and connection these events have fostered.

This release features a collection of tracks from artists who have performed at the Psychedelic Gaff parties, bringing together a blend of groove and psychedelia. A huge thank you to all the artists for their incredible contributions, perfectly capturing the energy envisioned for the dance floor.

Twilight Project by Hai Ilan Atias (Israel) 

Music has always been a central force in Hai's life journey. As his exploration through psychedelics deepened, so did his connection to sound. His first project, DJ Nataraja, was born in 2019, joining forces with Galactic Groove Records in Ireland. After refining his craft at the well known BPM College in Tel-Aviv, Altered Dimension emerged, a project that showcases his ever-evolving style and unique vibrational signature.

Hai’s music sparks dancefloors with electrifying leads, mysterious melodies and deep groove - telling a story of searching for light within the shadows.
In 2023, he joined the Nordic Aliens Music spcaeship, toghter they explore new worlds where rhythm and transcendence converge, inviting you to celebrate the wonders of life through sound.

The name Hai, meaning "Alive", reflects the vibrant energy and curiosity that pulse through his music.

Bigitam is Adam Gelfand, an Israel-based psychedelic music producer. Early in his childhood years, Adam began playing musical instruments. While being a curious teenager, Adam discovered electronic music. In his late teens, the discovery of psytrance and acid music was made. Bigitam's music is a concoction of all the spectrum from early acid house through retro goa to futuristic psytrance, spiced and seasoned with the Bigi sauce. His sound blends hypnotic grooves, twisted synths, and experimental storytelling that echoes both nostalgia and forward-thinking energy. Bigitam’s live sets are a deep dive into an evolving psychedelic landscape, crafted to ignite dancefloors and minds alike. His musical journey is backed by numerous releases on Future Music, HOMmega, and Comet Collective. With each release, Bigitam continues to shape a unique and recognizable sonic identity in the global psy scene.

Julio has been a familiar face in the Irish psytrance scene for years. Whether as a DJ or a promoter, he’s always ready to champion the psychedelic trance music that he loves!

His journey began in 2006 with a DJ course in his hometown in Brazil. For a few years, Julio varied his sets between electro and minimal, but everything changed after his first encounter with the psytrance culture at a festival in 2011. He instantly fell in love with the music, the people, and the whole vibe, diving headfirst into the world of faster BPMs.

Based in Dublin since 2014, he began organizing the indoor party 'Psychedelic Gaff' a few years later. His sets are all about groove, adapting to the crowd and time of day, with flawless transitions that keep the dance floor in a trance. He's always on the hunt for new tracks, exploring psytrance and its subgenres, making his sets an extension of his passion.

He’s had the chance to play at some incredible festivals, including Universo Paralello (Brazil), S.U.N. Festival (Hungary), Solar Seeds Transylvania (Romania), Fuinneamh (Ireland), Audio Garden (Ireland), Euphonics (Ireland), and United Tribes (Northern Ireland).

In 2023, Julio founded 'Gaff Records,' which launched its first release this year! With a love for music that knows no bounds and a knack for keeping the crowd moving, Julio’s journey promises to keep writing good stories.

Julio tem sido uma figura conhecida na cena psytrance irlandesa há anos. Seja como DJ ou promoter, ele está sempre pronto para defender o trance psicodélico que tanto ama!

Sua jornada começou em 2006 com um curso de DJ em sua cidade natal, no Brasil.
