Various Eggs realize that their first release will set the expectations for all releases that follow.  With this in mind, their initial E.P. reflects a wide breadth of influences.  If the next release were a horror movie soundtrack, it could be anticipated by this E.P.  If the next release were a cover of the entirety of Neil Young’s Tonight’s The Night, this could be anticipated by the E.P. as well.  And somewhere between these extremes lie Various Eggs.

It seems that then, I should wait til when you want me to come home. 
Or be that man who just casts about to parts unneeded/unknown. 

And I should stop before these thoughts get the best of me.

…What I mean… it’s like the scene from when we were at your house 
and you left marks upon my throat. 

…Or that love note we read and we laughed and wept. 
Well yeah that was mean, but who was to know.

Álvaro Viveros Cortés es bajista, multi-instrumentista y compositor, nacido el 30 de julio de 1967 en la Ciudad de Puebla, México.
Fue uno de los fundadores de la banda de rock mexicana "Los Necios", activa entre 1993 y 1996. 
La agrupación jugó un papel destacado en la escena del rock nacional de mediados de los noventa, grabando y produciendo dos álbumes de estudio, "Adónde Vas?" (1993) y "Cuentos Cortos" (1995), ambos bajo el sello discográfico Sony Music.
Retirado hace tiempo de la escena del rock nacional, hoy se desempeña como Director Comercial y socio en una compañía global de seguros para personas.
Actualmente y en solitario, Álvaro recurre a la música por diversión, en su estudio casero compone y produce los extraños sonidos que lo salvan bajo el seudónimo "Los Súper Furris".

Álvaro Viveros Cortés is a bass guitar player, multi-instrumentist and composer, born on July 30 1967 in Puebla City, México
He was one of the founders of the mexican rock band "Los Necios", active between 1993 and 1996.
The band played an important role in the national rock scene of the mid-nineties, recording and producing two studio albums, "Adónde Vas?" (1993) and "Cuentos Cortos" (1995), both under the Sony Music label.
Now retired from the national rock scene, today serves as a business manager and partner in a global insurance company.
Today, in his spare time and for fun, Álvaro still creating and recording the weird sounds that saves him, under the pseudonym "The Super Furris".
