With the ever-evolving landscape of R&B, SiR has solidified his place as one of the genre’s most compelling voices. Since his 2015 debut project, Seven Sundays, he has consistently delivered soulful, introspective music that resonates with fans worldwide. His HER EP series (HER in 2016 and HER TOO in 2017) earned widespread praise, setting the stage for his breakout sophomore album, November (2018).

SiR continued his momentum with Chasing Summer (2019), a critically acclaimed album that featured the RIAA Gold-certified single “Hair Down” with Kendrick Lamar, as well as fan favorites like “John Redcorn” and “You Can’t Save Me.” 

During the pandemic, he kept his audience engaged with the single “Rapper Weed” and his well-received cover of The Isley Brothers’ classic “Footsteps in the Dark, Pts. 1 & 2.”

In 2022, SiR entered a new chapter of his career, releasing a string of singles, including “Satisfaction,” “Life Is Good,” and “Nothing Even Matters.” He continued to build anticipation for his next project with the release of “No Evil” and “Karma” featuring Isaiah Rashad.

In 2024, SiR delivered Heavy, his highly anticipated album, which arrived on March 22. With this latest body of work, he reaffirms his place as a driving force in modern R&B, seamlessly blending soulful storytelling with rich, timeless production.

DJ JEL is a Trinbagonian with roots in Couva (Central Trinidad).  His performance style sets him apart as he incorporates music that isn’t always in the popular rotation. DJ JEL has shared his love for soca music in various stages across the globe including Japan, Australia, The United Kingdom, The USA, and across the Caribbean. DJ JEL has opened for acts such as Machel Montano, Patrice Roberts, Kes The Band, Skinny Fabulous, Voice and more. 

JEL is an industry thought leader. He’s worked on several campaigns with  digital streaming platforms such as Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, and Audiomack to grow the listenership of soca music from the region.  JEL is currently program director for the Soca Channel & curator for Tuff Soca Satellite radio on Sirius XM (Channel 1142) JEL is one of the first DJs to launch an 100% soca music channel on Sirius XM in the US & Canada. The channel features soca music from across the Caribbean/ Caribbean Diaspora that is registered and available for digital purchase. 

DJ JEL has won the FETELIST awards for Soca DJ of the year a total of three years in a row. DJ JEL soca mixes reaches 19 million streaming users via Apple, Soundcloud, Google Podcasts, Tune In & Jelinthemix.com.
