A Borderline show w/ Low Bat & Rick Shiver @ Kiosk Radio 27.03.2021

We created the soundtrack for Tide magazine’s first issue. 

We worked together on the occasion of this new publication, by following the same guidance as the editorial team: to explore the notions of fulfillment and emptiness, through sonic textures instead of words and images. 

The result is less of a straightforward mix, and more of a varied musical atmosphere, which invites our readers to experience every page in an innovative way.

For the 17th edition, we invited Oscar @derwinzige who thrives in multiple interdisciplinary and co-created projects such as the annual Lithuanian festival 'Braille Satellite,' the internet radio stations 'Radijo Musikii,' 'Sucked Orange Gallery,' or the record label 'Big Band Alone.' In Oscar's usual manner of blending demos, home recordings, and subcultural music from all nations between the strange and familiar, this mix proposes personal collection pieces and reflections situated in the current moment. An entry of the Birds by Artūras Čertovas aka @art-ras-e. He's a music lover and selector, architect and artist from Vilnius, Lithuania. He's interested in musical oddities, unexpected relationships, obscure grooves and synthesis of (im)perfection. Usually combining genres such as wave, minimal, post-punk, experimental, ambient, pop, and synth sounds, influenced by 80's lo-fi and current times. He has a monthly radio show at the independent community radio Palanga Street Radio based in Vilnius and the Internet.
