Well, here it is. After 17+ hours of going back into the project and making several changes to make sure it was decent to good enough, I finished the cover. This may not be the best cover to exist, but I'm satisfied with how it turned out. I originally was gonna have inspiration from other teoat covers, but that might be for the next time I take a stab at this.
