The Original Mix sets off with a percussion led intro with a snippet of funky keys peeking through. The kicks fill out the track nicely and a deep resonating bass gets the groove flowing. Nice and steady house vibes with a cool vocal coming in adding to the funky nature within the sound. The break reveals much more on the vocal front with the funk levels rising ten-fold through some very cool keys and pads, superb stuff from Matan and not to be missed!

Victor Ruiz has been riding high on the crest of a wave with remixing Luzon - Baguio Track to great acclaim, to appearing on Herblut, Electric Ballroom and Sprout.

D-Nox again is causing a major fuss with his productions (both solo and working with studio partner Beckers) on Suara, Tronic and his own Sprout imprint to name just a few, and the D-Nox & Beckers remix of Quivver riding high in the Beatport techno charts as we speak.

Lets start with ‘Arise'. The beautiful blend of tinkling light arps and big phat bass sounds combine beautifully. Some tracks just come along and cause major devastation, and this is one of those!Press play, listen, and smile!

'Music' (feat. Beckers & Alex Stein) is a solid gem, where the emotive vibes flow lusciously, while the bass wraps you up like a comforting blanket of sound. This is a melodic gem and a half!

Rounding things off nicely, we find 'In Between'. This skippy beat laden moodier affair still oozes melodies and fuses the darker side with the light. Hot stuff!

Stereo kicked off 2018 with a massive collaboration with two of Spain’s biggest electronic music producers, label honcho DJ Chus and Dennis Cruz.

Having been on a multitude of stages together it was only a matter of time before these two titans got in the studio to drop a tune together. Effortlessly balancing a will to experiment with sounds from different cultures this track definitely showcases the ability of both artists to connect with audiences from all walks of life.

‘The Sun’ instantly sets the tone with a dark bass line, flawless iberican drums, and live percussions. With both organic elements and pulsating vocals, the record immediately drags you into what one can only be described as an out-of-body experience which is designed for an extraordinary and intimate dance-floor moment.

July 2017 saw Dousk take the dance scene by storm with his "French Sauce" EP. Following a pair of remixes on Proton Music, a further trio from industry heavyweights provide rich entertainment.

Hitting the heights with a string of successful releases on a plethora of labels, GMJ has been at the forefront of the underground scene, supported by the likes of, Digweed, Cattaneo and Warren, on Replug, Sudbeat and Particles. A regular on Proton Music, two EPs with fellow Australian, Matter, made waves with solo work centred around 2017's "Sovereign Reality" EP. Moreover, March 2018 witnessed a collaboration with Hungarian artist, East Café, on the superb "22". Now returning, GMJ takes "French Sauce" on a typically luscious voyage of richly textured pads and soaring chord progressions that pulsate gently across the eight-minute piece. An intricately programmed percussive cadence is formed around a familiar 4/4 beat, while Dousk's components ripple and flow in a stripped back breakdown, married to a raft of additional production material that epitomises GMJ's maturing and sought-after sound.

An artist of rare talent, Kobana has been a mainstay of the dance scene for a decade. Since a debut with Mario Hatchet in 2008, the Polish producer has accrued some 400 credits to his name across a plethora of renowned imprints. His work featured on Silk Music, Anjunadeep and Particles, Proton Music has also been a regular home to the Kobana sound. No better was his "amazing percussion and synth lines" more evident than on 2014's full-length album, "The Riddle", while the "Freefall" and "Boyhood" EPs continued to tell the Kobana story in glowing sonic technicolour. Now returning to the label, his remix of "French Sauce" is a glorious affair with trademark synergy of rhythm and melody that bristles with rich piano motif and dynamic percussive groove. Evolving throughout, intelligent use of Dousk's original components sees the loquacious vocal from eSoreni appear at the midpoint and the rippling arpeggio to the fore in a sublime crescendo. The resultant remix finds Kobana at the height of his powers.

With an innate ability to cross-genres with consummate ease and originality, Matan Caspi's distinctive sound consistently finds him at the vanguard of the progressive house movement. To this end, a staggering 1500 production credits can be found against the Israeli's name in under a decade. Using his own Outta Limits imprint with Stan Kolev as sometime vehicle for his music, work for Pacha, Spinnin' Records and Global Underground has seen Caspi's star rise, supported by Tiesto, Jerome Isma-Ae and Eric Prydz. 2017's "Undersound" EP was a notable highlight for Particles in June 2017, while a debut for Proton Music now sees a typically driving affair deliver rapid-fire bassline joy and dominant beat. The rich arpeggio sequence from the original then sees Dousk's work reignited through clever manipulation and expressed in trademark "cosmic melodies". The vocal sample so central to the original makes its sultry play while a raft of sounds criss-cross the stereo spectrum in wondrous fashion to create a stunning remix.

Remixes from GMJ, Kobana and Matan Caspi provide another delicious helping of "French Sauce".

Dustin Nantais makes his long awaited return to Manual Music after delivering one of the labels' biggest releases of last year with 'Apathy'.

The Toronto based artist delivers two delightful new tracks, kicking things off with the title track 'Last Legs'. A lovely piece of blissful dance floor euphoria that sits nicely in the middle of progressive melodic house and a more bigroom kinda sound. Sure to be dropped at many festivals this summer season!

On remix duties we welcome Argentinian rising star Emi Galvan on board, after already having released material by him on our MNL label. He brings that percussion driven South American touch which we love so much, and gives 'Last Legs' a whole different feel. Groovy!

The second original is titled 'The More You Do' and is a bit deeper and moody when compared to the opening track. The infectious bassline gently takes you on yet another trip to dreamland as the strings and arpeggiators get introduced subtly along the way. Proper emo vibes here!

Always end the thing with a bang we thought, so we asked Matan Caspi to remix 'The More You Do' and the result is nothing short of stunning! The Outta Limits label boss truly delivers on of his best remixes to date here with a driving chunky percussion fueled interpretation. Proper peak time dance floor madness right here!

Two great originals by Dustin Nantais topped off by two strong interpretations by Emi Galvan and Matan Caspi. What more can one ask for?

The head - and label maker of Amber & Amber Blue Recordings is back on his own imprint with an absolutely sensational special. "Nanobot" has been maturing a bit longer on the hard disk and now sees the light of day in the second part. After the melodic part 1 on Amber Blue, "Nanobot" will be released in a second part, following the motto "Forward Ever - Backward Never". The whole thing as a special that did not exist in the history of Amber Recordings.

There is only one track here, or a remix that will be released, and with good reason. This is a reinterpretation of the two South American Superstars Touchtalk. To describe here where the two have already published their music would be beyond the scope.

That's why enough of the big words and the remix speaks for itself. Certainly an absolute grenade for the dancefloor and in South America it has already caused quite a stir and for the reasons mentioned makes it absolutely worth bringing this special release to the start for the first time in the history of Amber. Hailing from Cordoba, the Argentinean artist has grown into one of his country’s most prodigious progressive house talents. Upon making his debut in 2013, Ezequiel became a favourite of both Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Subsequent releases on Plattenbank, Replug, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden followed shortly thereafter and cemented the Argentine’s place amongst the progressive house elite. Ezequiel made his debut on our free download series with the well received ‘2AM’. Written in conjunction with fellow countryman and Sudbeat artists Interaxxis the track featured heavily in the sets of progressive house tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Guy Mantzur and Sahar Z. Now returning for his second appearance Ezequiel unveils his much sought after ‘Private’ remix of Michael A’s ‘Ciklus One’. Originally released on Proton, Ezequiel’s interpretation has been shrouded in mystery after being aired in Hernan’s sets for the better part of a year.
