Ambient music composer in Pittsburgh, PA USA. I love infusing ambient drones with tribal percussion. My goal is to take listeners on a journey that is meditative, immersive, focused, and relaxing. I always put my music on SoundCloud first. Like, and follow to keep up with my latest tracks. I design my own covers as well with minimal landscape art that I also make myself. I was originally going by  I love ambient music and want to encourage wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and relaxation. So what else says pause, then a comma? So pause... and take time for you. I’m a full-time engineer, but I’ve been making music for 40-plus years. I studied jazz drums and Spanish guitar, and now I make music as both producer and guitar player.

I love instrumental rock and hip-hop and electronic music — especially when they start to overlap. To me, music should share electricity, and have a dynamic, stratified blend of styles.

I use Ableton DAW, add Moog and Arturia synthesizers, play guitar, and dive head over heels into the creative process. I really treasure the ancient power of music.

Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Anjunadeep music are some of my main influences.

All tracks  are recorded in a spontaneous manner typically in a single take. Most lyrics are also spontaneous improvisations derived from the feelings of the moment. We let the guitar and drums interact and the music just happens. Most if not all of the music is inspired from this interaction.

The recording equipment up until January 2019 consisted of a dated Fostex 8 track and a few microphones...We simply lay down a guitar and drum track and let it unfold the way you are hearing it by bouncing tracks. We just have to make music to live. Music of any kind, music that speaks for itself... 

In January 2019 recording equipment was upgraded to Logic X and a UA Apollo MKll Quad Core Recording interface...We entered a new building and still trying to find the light switch so bare with us as we keep lighting matches...
