Hailing from Transylvania, iON is a DJ, producer and avid record digger with a strong passion for music in all its forms since childhood. When he was just six or seven years old he started playing with portable cassette and CD players, making his own mixtapes by combining rock, hip-hop and early dance music. In high school, he truly understands the harmony of sounds and vibrations so he starts digging into electronic music, from dubstep and drum and bass to house, techno and minimal. Determined to move forward with the next steps, it didn’t take him long to start mixing and have his first gig while producing his own tracks in Ableton.

Throughout time, iON has constantly delivered inspiring releases via labels like Tzinah, Trick Track, Mood 24, Dinsubsol, Tupiar, Generatia 90, Vivus, Carpathian Sound, Conceptum.ltd, Zebra, Organic Society and Feeder sound while dropping unforgettable selections alongside artists like Livio & Roby, Barac, Vid, Herck, Nu Zau, Sepp, Suciu, Miss I, Primarie and Mihai Pol, to name just a few.
