I find myself dancing in a colorful room. I can't see any walls anywhere and yet it feels like I'm inside a building. It seems as if the room is so big that you simply can't see the walls. Lights in all the colors of the rainbow are raining down from the ceiling. Well, actually, I can't really see the ceiling either. I just assume that there is a ceiling behind all the lights. The bodies of dozens of figures are moving around me, but no one seems to be interacting with me. No matter which way I turn, everyone has their backs to me as they twitch ecstatically to the music.I shrug my shoulders and just keep dancing.

The exploration of the deeper side of techno by Dosem, since busting onto the scene almost 10 years ago, has seen him clock up countless air miles, release a string of hit club tracks and earn accolades from many of his peers, who deem him to be one of the most influential underground Spanish DJs in the scene today. The demand for Dosem's infusion of deep textured sounds, relentless precision drums and driving rhythms which make up his club cuts that are making dance floors shake the world over shows no sign of slowing. Father Ocean" is the fulfillment of a musical promise to humbly thank and honor the powerful and cathartic depths of the sea. A tale of a man in need of guidance who is called into the water and gets caught in a magnificent oceanic storm. Rain starts to pour down, washing away his penumbra by bringing discernment about what is not Love. Meanwhile, the waves hit him fiercely like the primal confrontation with his own shadow, making up the perfect scenario for him to amusingly research the depths of his core.

By embracing his shadows and feeling the power of gravity on his shoulders, he understands he has been carrying the weight of his unconscious limiting beliefs. As they are brought to the light of awareness, they lose strength over him. This realization is so cathartic that the storm suddenly ceases, and the sun starts to shine again. As it always does... But this time it reminds him that, sometimes, Love shines brightest in the dark.

So, he found his way back to the land. As he steps again on firm soil, he looks back at the ocean and bows in gratitude and reverence for having found the guidance he so much needed within himself. He then makes a promise and leaves, knowing the path he is to take.

When listening to Ezio Aguiar's sets, regardless of tempo or genre, one notices a particular mysticism mixed with different organic, melodic and progressive elements.

He would call himself a believer in the healing and connecting power of music and dance. And if you have ever caught him dancing with his eyes closed behind the decks, then you probably understand why. Enjoy our latest deep story with Ezio Aguiar.

"I spent a few months over the summer at the start of 2024 preparing for Chi Wow Wah. Being my first festival set, My vision was to bring aspects of blues and guitar-focused songs of the past to blend them with current Afro-House, Deep House, and Melodic Techno.
I discovered a lot about myself while preparing this set and it all made sense when I was there with the crowd who also had their own intentions and preparation for a good time!  The crowd's energy at Chi Wow Wah was truly electrifying.  Big thanks to Chi Wow Wah Town for having me."

ARTEMIDES is the new Duo Project from renowned and versatile producer and electric violinist Seth Schwarz and his partner Lydgen, who is also a trained violinist and talented singer. When Amelia Mae graces the decks the mood changes as she lifts the energy with her tribal techno/house, soulful melodies & infectious smile. She hails from Melbourne, & known amongst the industry as the Sorceress of refined DJ sets, but these days her focus is production. With a passion for electronic music spanning many decades, she started out her journey as a DJ back in 2000 when the scene world-wide was exploding. Prior to this, being classically trained in flute, guitar & bass. Over the years she’s set a standard performing at mainstream events, & supporting touring artists such as Christian Smith, Wehbba, Dosem, Perfect Stranger, Citizen Kain, Adana Twins, Weiss, Atmos & Peter Juergens/Peter Gun to name just a few.
 
2011 saw her take the crown for the Australian Pioneer Pro Dj Search, performing back then as Sorceress, which gained massive support from the EDM. Respected sets have included opening Rainbow Serpent (2014), warming up for Marc Dosem at Maitreya (2015), headlining The Half Moon Party Thailand & opening night for the Oregon Eclipse Gathering, UKI Art Car (2017). She’s also featured at most of Australia’s iconic festivals such as Subsonic & Strawberry Fields, Future Music Events, 2012 Cairns Solar Eclipse, Akasha Festivals, Earth Festival NYE, Wide Open Space, Manifest, Earth Frequency, Winter Solstice, Fractangular, Rainbow Spirit, Babylon, Chi Wow Wah Town & many more.
 
As a solo artist, Amelia has refined her style consisting of intricate rhythms & soaring melodies across techno & house with a soulful & uplifting edge. Production wise her collaboration with Marta Kodo produces a more eclectic & deeper melodic/organic house repertoire with releases on G-Mafia Brazil, Brise Records Germany, Like That Underground Germany, Avioground Milan, LuPS Amsterdam & Ready Mix Montreal, gaining airplay on Pure Ibiza Radio’s 'Instru Mental' & 'Wake Up Ibiza' programs. After receiving such a positive response to her productions, she was invited to close the station at Pure Ibiza Radio as live international guest for the summer season of 2018. With the release of tracks 'It Has Begun,' ‘Patient Dreams’ 'Spex Appeal' & 'Fuse It' 'First Light' 'Star Lust' & 'Ulterior Motive' there’s plenty more production works in the pipeline, releasing now under birth name Amelia Mae. Her sassy, sexy & sorcery spells take you on a journey of sound designed to bring the dance floor to new levels, as she glides & weaves her well known magic, captivating dance floors wherever she spins her craft.
