Every decision you make opens up a thousand new paths. With every word you say, you get thousands of rocks rolling. Every moment you experience, a thousand beautiful things reveal themselves to you.
Birger Nießen has a problem. He can not decide. Growing up close to Cologne, several hearts are beating in his chest to this day: for film music, EDM with analog synth sounds and grooving beats as well as catchy pop. Because for Birger, there have always been a thousand beautiful things to discover in music.
Birger made a virtue out of this problem. He combines elements of film, electronic and pop music to a unique sound.
Comparable perhaps with a clash of soundtracks to "Stranger Things" and artists like M83, Hannes Bieger, Solee and Woodkid.
Birger lives in Cologne where he runs a recording studio and produces music for various artists in addition to his work for "A million pretty things" and his band "Souvenir Season".
