Absolutely love having the opportunity to unearth more diverse electronic genres in London's underground dance music scene, whilst being able to represent some of my favourite, incredibly unique artists spanning the globe - Enjoy!

► About:
Andrés Moris is a DJ / Producer from the province of Córdoba. He started his career at the age of 16 as a DJ, setting up his base and identity in electronic music. After several years of playing music, he shared the booth with greats from the local scene, such as Sol Vietto, Berni Turletti (@berni_turletti), Matias Chilano (@matiaschilano), Jime Ferreyra, Sebastian Sellares (@sebasellares), among others. Having the majority of Main dates, he wanted to delve further into the world of electronics and take his first steps as a self-taught producer. Today he has releases on labels such as, Balkan Connection (@balkan-connection), Or Two Strangers (@or-two-strangers), Movement Recordings (@movement-recordings), Sound Avenue (@soundavenue) and still there's more to come.

Inspired since he was little by music in general, his sound goes from a progressive with vibes of joy to a range of genres on the mixes, going through all of them and appreciating the music of each one. At 22 years old, he is already on the way to continue doing it all his life inspired by his national and international references. Taking Guy J as the main reference, inspiration never ceases to be present.

3 QUESTIONS to PETE OAK:

Q: Talking about your mix: how did these tracks have an impact on your career?

A: All of these tracks have had a big influence on me music-wise. In some way or another these tracks kinda describe different periods in my life with music. I mean this mixtape is only 1 hour and if I had to make a mixtape that included ALL the songs that have meant something to me, that mixtape would be lasting for weeks.

Q: From Aalborg/Denmark to the world. Did you ever think about to move to bigger "scene citys" such as Berlin or Barcelona?

A: I actually lived in Barcelona for 6 months. That made it easier for me when I had to fly out for gigs. Sometimes it is a bit difficult for promotors to book me as flights aren’t always the easiest to manage from Aalborg. But I love my city and we have a great House/Techno community here. Maybe some day I will go discover the world, but I’m actually really satisfied with my small hometown.

Q: Which Pete Oak and Blindfold Recordings projects are coming soon?	
		
A: I have some projects coming up on Stil Vor Talent and Blindfold Recordings. But right now I’m working on something completely different project that isn’t house music. Hopefully I will get some more time to get my house-vibes going again over the summer.
