on june 15th, 2024, alyana and i had co-hosted our first edition of rally alongside music from pink ting, afk, and geng ptp. in creating a mix for our first rally evening, i reflected on my first five years living in new york city. the exposure to a broad range of lived experiences, cultures, and genres. as i prepared to leave for the summer to spend time with family in japan, i futher explored the concept of nostalgia and what it means to connect with our communities from shared experiences, cultures, and of course genres of music. blending familiarity, humor, and discovery, this set is my present to those who have supported this process. it's a fun one, i hope you enjoy. thank you for listening, it means a lot <3

GENG PTP b2b amita | Nuance Cult @ Trans-Pecos 11.7.24

It’s definitely been a minute since I released a mix on my own SoundCloud, non-radio related. I was supposed to play a party today (2.15.25) with the minced crew out in Baltimore, but I unfortunately feel extremely ill. I’m absolutely bummed as this was the last date on our tour stop but honestly filled with gratitude for collaborators and artists who’ve supposed me up to this point.

Sharing this mix that was private for a while as a thank you to those who’ve been supporting my busy season. This was a very fun mix to create (and a huge base for my prep for my set with Takuya Nakamura at Public Records a few weeks ago). Enjoy!
