We first started writing this track back in 2011, and since then it has been "almost finished" for years, to the point where releasing it became a bit of a running joke.

Richard got a place on the 2017 London Marathon, with the charity 'Heart Research UK', and thought it would be a great opportunity to finish this song and use it to help raise money for his cause. Read more about his story here: uk.virginmoneygiving.com/RichardV

Ample Sound are a three piece performance and production outfit from High Wycombe, consisting of Henry Ing-Simmons, Jack Porter and Richard Vanryne. They write, produce and perform various forms of electronic dance music, particularly Breakbeat, Drum and Bass and Electro House.
