Evolving from an infinite guitar space, Gradient metamorphoses into an eternal uber-hymn, celebrating the fragility and beauty of the moment like a thunderstorm in the rain forest.

Caligo is an electronic music duo from Berlin. Brought to life by film composer Leon Purviance and musician & visual artist Robert Rosshoff.

The two friends started playing regular jam sessions back in 2013. When they defined their sonic canvas with a combination of synthesizers, drum computers and guitars. From these early sound experiments, a musical identity began to materialize - the sound of Caligo was born.

They share the love for storytelling and drama, along with a playful interest in the perception of time. Quite different musical backgrounds are the foundation of their unique combination of club tunes with evolving sonic story arcs.

You can recognize Caligo’s signature style by their catchy melodies and intense soundscapes, which are riding on raw grooves that lure you into a deep state of euphoria.
