Since last year, I’ve been revisiting some of my older tracks for use in my live sets, giving them a more club-ready edge. Not just in tempo, but also by layering in new (or removing) synths, textures, and fresh mixdowns that reflect the dancefloor more than the listening couch.

Every now and then, I’ll be sharing these special versions exclusively on Bandcamp (for now). I didn’t want to keep them buried, they’ve found new life and deserve a moment in the light.

Zedjue - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Let It Rain is a groovy, oriental-tinged downtempo journey from Tiefe Wasser Berlin and Cape Town’s Sadhu Sensi. Born from a guitar riff and percussion, it grew across continents into a hypnotic blend of warm synths, soulful vocals, and meditative Native American flute. A song about welcoming the rain as renewal, it invites you to slow down, listen, and let it flow.

Let It Rain

Endless Mesa is a first-time collaboration between Trippin Jaguar and Lövestad, longtime friends and synth aficionados. The track came together naturally, fusing Lövestad’s vintage synth sound with Trippin Jaguar’s organic grooves. The result is expansive, warm, danceable and melodic. A deep, energetic release that opens up a new chapter in the Trippin Jaguar sound.

Last Gentleman On Playa drops a mystical organic house release on his record label, It’s Good To Be A Tree, and it also includes remixes by Dr Parnassus, MiRET, and Kermesse.

Known for his trippy style, which combines immersive atmosphere with tribal drums, Last Gentleman On Playa is heavily inspired by his experiences at Burning Man. Most of Last Gentleman On Playa's music has been released through his own record label, but he has also featured on other imprints including Cosmic Awakenings.

On remix duty, Kermesse and Dr Parnassus have both previously featured on It's Good To Be A Tree, but MiRET is featuring on the imprint for the first time.

Kermesse in an Argentinian artist known for his mix of psychedelic vocals, quirky rhythms and majestic melodies. He has released music through record labels such as Kamai Music, The Magic Movement, and Lump Records.

Dr Parnassus is a shamanic producer from Bali, whose tracks are a concoction of shimmering synths and Middle-Eastern melodies sequenced into melodic grooves. He has featured on record labels ranging from Sol Selectas to Underyourskin Records.

Based in Spain, MiRET is making his first appearance on It's Good To Be A Tree, following regular releases on his own imprint [MuMa]. He has also featured his chugging downtempo style on respected outlets such as Bar 25, 3000 Grad, and Sounds of Sirin.

"Khor Lo" is first of the original tracks, and it's a tense instrumental track with swelling pads and intricate melodies, creating spine-tingling suspense.

"Upaya" is a downtempo track with a low-slung bassline, which underpins the call-and-response of muffled guitar chords and fluttering acid synths, while sparkling percussion adds to the enchanting vibe.

Dr Parnassus' remix of "Upaya" removes the acid melody, drawing focus to deep pads that create a more melodic version, which is both majestic and uplifting.

"Juzu" is the third of the originals, and it layers live percussion with an array of trippy samples to create a compelling groove that unfolds with the help of plucked guitar chords.

Kermesse also remixes "Juzu," and add one of their characteristic funky basslines, while warping the sound of the guitar to create a distinctly unique version.

MiRET's remix of "Juzu" makes good use of the original's guitar, but strips back the percussion to create an atmospheric groove with pulsating pads and plodding bass chords.

Ural-based duo NAASA joins forces with seasoned melodic producer Tryger to deliver an unforgettable debut on The Purr with their stunning collaboration Under the Stars. A true gem in the organic house realm, the track is a graceful blend of shimmering arpeggios, emotive pads, and textured synth layers that glide effortlessly over deep, warm grooves. It's a sonic journey that captures the magic of the night sky, evoking both introspection and movement.

Complementing the original, Greek producer VieL adds his signature touch with a remix that leans into classic house sensibilities—groovy, soulful, and irresistibly nostalgic. His version retains the track's emotional core while offering a refined, dancefloor-ready reinterpretation.

A stellar debut for NAASA and Tryger on The Purr, and a release that will surely resonate across melodic and organic house playlists alike.
