Shining Love

Tipped as one of Ben Malone’s ‘Future Five’ on KISS FM, and being heavily supported on BBC Radio 1 by the likes of Jaguar and Sarah Story, Bacavi closes out an incredible year with another fresh cut.

Possibly his most energetic club record to date, ‘All I Feel’ features the Bristol producers signature melodic synth lines, bold bass and pumping drums. He even finds space to feature his guitar playing skills for an extra layer of depth that is seldom heard in a club track.  

With more new music already in the locker, 2023 is sure to see Bacavi continue his ascent within the world of electronic music.

We are delighted here at shores to welcome back Mexico-based Atmospherika, bringing us a stunning new release. 

This talented artist has created an amazing track, blending a beautiful chord progression with lilting melodies, gorgeous flamenco guitar and a wistful vocal. Joining Atmospherika on this release are his friends and countrymen Alpha Frequency and Edward Rohm, both of whom have delivered stunning remixes– showcasing their own excellent styles whilst maintaining the soul and character of the lovely original.

Having introduced acts like Theo Kottis, Luttrell and Tontario to the label since launching in early 2016, the Explorations series returns for the third time, welcoming four new artists to Anjunadeep.

Opening the EP is Belgian producer Compuphonic, who has made a name for himself over the past decade with popular releases on Exploited, Get Physical and Turbo. ‘Island Flutter’ sees him at his melodic best, weaving arpeggiated melodies around a warm textured groove.

French duo and Traum Schallplatten affiliates Antoine Rigail and Fabien Garcia a.k.a We Need Cracks debut with ‘Blue Danube’, a favourite from last years iTunes #1 compilation ‘Anjunadeep 08’ where it was reworked by mixers James Grant & Jody Wisternoff themselves.

Russian talent Modd delivers a stripped back dancefloor moment in ‘Inki’, an intricate blend of delicate soundscapes and subtle melodies.

Closing the EP are UK duo Fluida, fresh from a string of acclaimed releases on Fatboy Slim’s Southern Fried imprint. ‘Not Alone’ showcases their impressive multi-instrumentation alongside deft vocals and trademark hangdrum sounds.
