Kind of a hard shift from what we are used to with my music but I've been wanting to make something more atmospheric and less reliant on a sample for awhile now. The brief vocal sample is none other than Nina Simone, a personal favorite and a beautiful voice. She accents some crunchy and smooth filtered pads with a smooth first half, and an all amen second half. I hope you enjoy!

After many years away from the scene, Beatphyle is back with his signature style bending the many subgenres of drum and bass into sets that take the original junglists and the new generation of dancefloor hungry ravers on unforgettable journeys. His deep musical background and obsession with the beat of the rhythm comes through in his track selection that ranges from soulful to face melting to old skool flavor. Beatphyle's musical journey began with punk and an admiration for the 80's DC hardcore scene, followed by the 90s underground hip hop movement, and finally ending up a product of the late 90s DC rave scene. Spinning hip hop and drum and bass at parties and a weekly internet radio show at The Womb in Miami in the early 2000's was eventually given up for fatherhood. Now armed with deep digital crates, he's ready to storm back onto the scene.
