"Δαίμων Εαυτού" for the ancient Greeks was the deity-protector who lived inside each person from birth to death, something like today's "Guardian-angel" and the correct translation of the phrase basically means "I act according to what my conscience thinks is right".
The title was not chosen at random. It is a phrase in ancient Greeks that precisely defines his inner world and his choice not to be imprisoned in stereotypes and "must do" that do not characterise him as a human being. We would say that he has always been absolute in his beliefs and the values ​​that he think we need in a society to be able to express our respect and our love, our humility and our honesty.
"In a world where "appearance" is more important than "soul", thinking about your fellow human being is a small revolution."

Forest On Stasys' latest release is influenced by the minimal, tribal sound of the nineties, on the deepest, most abstract level.
'In Search Of Balance' exhibits nature's strength. The field recordings create the environment; the deep synths provide dimension and the repetitive percussive rhythms energize the drum patterns. The long and reverberated pads are reminiscent of old tribal ceremonies, simulating a mantra that resonates with the listener. A brief story told in 4 musical chapters.
