This meditative exercise is geared to aid you in communicating and aligning with each of the 7 astral centers of divine expression located in the cerebrospinal axis and in the brain. Better known as Chakras, each center has a specific location, a representing element, and a corresponding color. As we move in ascending order through each center I ask that you to concentrate upon it’s location, visualize its color, and feel yourself as an embodiment of the element being affirmed. During this exercise, it is also important that you are seated comfortably, in a position that is most beneficial to stillness and concentration throughout it’s duration. Whether you are sitting in a chair or in the traditional meditative lotus position, your spine should be strait and erect, chin parallel to the floor, and your shoulders and muscles relaxed.
