“Beneath The Leylandii”, the inaugural album from enigmatic duo Badwizad, emerges as a masterclass in genre-blurring electronica, released via his self-founded Badwizad Records. Spanning nine tracks, the record melds downtempo psychedelia with organic, groove-laden textures, anchored by hypnotic rhythms, funk-tinged guitar riffs, and a kaleidoscope of sonic flourishes. The noise echoed loudly in the old abandoned car park as the walls shook under the weight of the mighty bang. Boom, boom, boom... The sound travelled for thousands of miles and could be heard from far away. Inside the towering structure a hundred people had gathered to observe the scene, watching as the machinery tore through the barrier of sound and entered an entirely new dimension. The sun had fallen now beneath the clouds and the darkness, the end was soon. 

Turbo Boom Boom appears on a new split EP alongside an array of talent in the form of Hysteric, Roger Thornhill and Baerlz. He reworks a funky bubblegum special into a fun focused club track.

The clouds had parted to make way for his arrival as be began his ascent upwards towards the sky. His time here on earth was done and soon he would dance amidst the heavens in a new life beyond the stress and strife of the streets below. He was a soul out of time, a man without a life to live and a floating spirit which would transcend what we ever thought to be possible down upon planet earth. It was going to be a long journey upwards but it would be worth the wait.
