Legwork’s Footage Series enlists two up-and-comers from the San Francisco Bay Area. Sepehr is a regular DJ on the SF club and warehouse scene, making waves in early 2018 on the @honeysoundsytem label. Justin lives and works across the bay in Oakland, and can be found at many of the same parties. Bottom line is you’ll be hearing more from these two in the future. Portland, Oregon based producer Well Being, is set for his next release 'Eclipse' on Estonian label, Gestalt. This is a 3 track EP with ethereal, deep, floaty melodies, including a high-speed breaks rework by Body Composition. This remix features soft soothing synth cords, a low amplitude filtered break beat drum pattern, and a deep pulsating bassline, creating a comforting but Hi-NRG vibe. 

Eclipse EP will be available on April 1st, 2019 on Bandcamp.

Nothing is as it appears in the world of Alphonse and tracks often take a sharp left turn, leaving the listener dizzy with confounded expectations.

WRECKS023 - ALPHONSE - BRAINSTORMING

Following his solo 12" debut in November on AC Records, Armec returns with a 4-track EP on Echocentric Records.

The music on offer is rich and emotional - enter microworlds of subtle melodies, pads and sci-fi drones that ooze both melancholy and hope, and will appeal to anyone into electro, IDM and techno.

A-side is a nod to Robbie's IDM roots. Just check the expansive soaring synth-work on "Auden" and the analogue moods of "Conceptualise". The droney, murky & dystopian sci-fi soundscapes of side B offer another view into Armec's production work.

Keep an eye out for Armec in 2020, more quality releases on their way.

PREMIERE: Vnice - Untitled Feel [Galaxunity]

Wandering between the towerblocks he cast his mind back to childhood, distant memories from what felt like a lifetime ago. He used to run wild amidst these run down streets, causing chaos and mischief at each and every turn. One day they'd always said that he'd grow up and forget this place but he never had. It left a lasting impression on boy who had seen ever so much, it was familiar in more ways than one. As he approached the staircase he pondered old friends, his first kiss, a drink and the smoke which had hung thick in the corridors of the towerblocks and the flats. It was all a blur now...

Remotif is set to release some of his own music on a newly launched record label called Familiar Strangers. It's a well rounded EP from a producer who shows promise and intrigue. It is capped with a remix from Flora FM, a fun loving break focussed affair which is bound for the bounce.
