The final single before bonbonfire's debut album release, This Wasn't The Plan, Trampolines is a whimsical ballad featuring only guitar, cello, piano, and vocals. Exploring the joys and anxieties of welcoming something new into your world, a lilting soprano melody is contrasted against rich, warmth of the cello from the first chorus onward. A peaceful, frolicking piano follows in transcendent harmony with the foundational guitar riff throughout the song.
